Dill Pickle Martini

Raise your hand if you drink the pickle juice from the pickle jar once you are all out of pickles? I know I can’t be the only one! If you are a pickle juice lover like me, then this Dill Pickle Martini is for you!

My mom came up with the drink last summer and hasn’t looked back. It is very similar to a dirty martini but I actually think it’s better. If you decide to make this martini there is one thing you must know, this martini MUST be made with Claussen Dill Pickle juice. No other pickle juice will do! Claussen’s pickle juice is filled with so much flavor that it really makes the martini. My mom has tried it with others and no other pickles match up. Trust me on this!

Please let me know if you decide to make this! I would love to hear your thoughts.

  1. Omg I have to try this out. Hmmm I might try Bubbie’s pickle juice to see if it will be equivalent to Clausen’s.
