Crab Guacamole

Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe avocados, halved, seeded, and peeled
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp of granulated garlic
  • 2 cups (1 lb) of fresh jumbo lump crab meat
  • 1 Roma tomato, diced
  • 1/2 of medium white or red onion, diced
  • 3 tbsp of cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of one lime

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl add avocado and mash with a fork.
  • Add salt and pepper and granulated garlic.
  • Fold in crab, tomato, onions, and cilantro. 
  • Add lime juice and serve.
