Crab Guacamole

Ingredients

ripe avocados, halved, seeded, and peeled
Salt and pepper to taste

tsp
of granulated garlic

cups (1 lb)
of fresh jumbo lump crab meat
1
Roma tomato, diced
1/2
of medium white or red onion, diced
3
tbsp
of cilantro, chopped
Juice of one lime
Instructions
In a large bowl add avocado and mash with a fork.
Add salt and pepper and granulated garlic.
Fold in crab, tomato, onions, and cilantro.
Add lime juice and serve.
