Add potatoes to a medium-sized pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and cook until potatoes are fork-tender but still firm.
Drain potatoes and add back to pot. Over medium heat, add almond milk to potatoes and use a potato masher to mash. Next, add ghee and mash into potatoes until potatoes are creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
