The Best Keto Meatballs

Servings 20 Meatballs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef (I used 85/15)
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 of white onion, pureed
  • 1/2 of green bell pepper, pureed
  • 1 tbsp of minced garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of Pork Panko Breadcrumbs Almond flour will work if you cannot find Pork Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup of whole milk
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp of pepper
  • 1 28oz jar of marinara sauce (I used RAO'S)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degreed Fahrenheit.
  • Combine all ingredients, except the marinara sauce, in large bowl. Shape into about 20 2-inch meatballs.
  • Add meatballs to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Once meatballs are finished baking, add meatballs and marinara sauce to a large skillet over medium heat. Cover and cook the sauce is warmed through.
