I make these meatballs every week because they are so, so good! To make The Best Keto Meatballs low carb, I use Pork Panko Breadcrumbs instead of traditional breadcrumbs and it makes the flavor of these meatballs incredible. That is the secret ingredient! If you cannot find Pork Panko Breadcrumbs, it super easy to make them yourself. All you have to do is add pork rinds to a food processor and pulse until they resemble the texture of breadcrumbs. Voila! You can also replace them with almond flour to keep the meatballs low carb. And if you do not care about them being keto or low carb, you can use traditional breadcrumbs.

Ingredients

  • Ground beef (I used 85/15)
  • Ground pork
  • White onion, pureed
  • Green bell pepper, pureed
  • Minced garlic
  • Eggs
  • Pork Panko Breadcrumbs (Almond flour will work if you cannot find Pork Panko Breadcrumbs_
  • Grated parmesan cheese
  • Whole milk
  • Salt and pepper
  • Marinara sauce (I used RAO’S)

How to Make the Best Keto Meatballs

  • Step one: Preheat oven to 400 degreed Fahrenheit.
  • Step two: Combine all ingredients, except the marinara sauce, in large bowl. Shape into about 20 2-inch meatballs.
  • Step three: Add meatballs to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Step four: Once meatballs are finished baking, add meatballs and marinara sauce to a large skillet over medium heat. Cover and cook until the sauce is warmed through.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef (I used 85/15)
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 of white onion, pureed
  • 1/2 of green bell pepper, pureed
  • 1 tbsp of minced garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of Pork Panko Breadcrumbs Almond flour will work if you cannot find Pork Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup of whole milk
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp of pepper
  • 1 28oz jar of marinara sauce (I used RAO'S)
