Cherrie Dene's Green Beans

Here are my mom's famous green beans!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 14.5 oz cans of cut green beans
  • 2 small russet potatoes
  • 4 slices of bacon ( (I used Pederson Farms to make Whole30 compliant)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat a medium sized pot over medium heat. Add bacon and cook until crispy. Once bacon is crispy, add potatoes to the pot. Next, add both cans of beans with water from the can to the pot (the water is what will cook the potatoes). Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover the pot and cook until potatoes are fork tender, about 10 to 12 minutes.
