1/2tsp of ground cinnamon
1/2 tspof ground sage
1 cup of blueberries
Instructions
In a large bowl, add the ground pork, egg, salt, cinnamon, sage and combine. Once combined, add the blueberries and fold into the pork mixture. Next, with your hands, take the pork and blueberry mixture and form nine individual patties.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Once warm, add the sausage patties and cook for five minutes on each side or until internal pork temperature reaches 160 degrees F. Be sure to use a spatula to flip so you do not lose any blueberries.
