Next, add shrimp and zucchini to sheet pan.
Drizzle lemon and ghee sauce over shrimp and zucchini and massage to ensure everything is evenly coated with sauce.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Lastly, sprinkle capers over shrimp and zucchini and place in oven. Roast for 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
