Add ground pork to a large saute pan over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste, 1 tsp of Italian seasoning, 1 tsp of granulated garlic, and 1 tsp of granulated onion. Use a wooden spoon to break up the pork and cook until done. Drain any excess fat.
Add can of tomato sauce to pan and stir to combine with pork. Add remaining 1 tsp of Italian seasoning, 1 tsp of granulated garlic, and 1 tsp of granulated onion to sauce. Next, add macaroni noodles and stir to combine. Add chicken stock, and stir to combine. Turn heat up to medium-high and bring sauce to a boil.
Once sauce starts to boil, cover and turn heat down to low. Cook until pasta is al dente, about 10 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Once pasta is ready, turn off heat and stir in cheese. Add pepperoni and serve.
