For the Chicken Drizzle both sides of chicken breast with 2 tsp of avocado oil and massage into the chicken. Season both sides chicken with salt, pepper, 1/2 tsp of granulated garlic, and 1/2 tsp of granulated onion. Place in the middle of the sheet pan.
For the PotatoesAdd potatoes to one side of sheet pan next to the chicken and drizzle with 2 tsp of avocado oil and season with salt, pepper, and 1/2 tsp of granulated garlic. Use your hands to massage potatoes and ensure potatoes are evenly coated with oil and seasoning.
For the BroccoliAdd broccoli to the other side of the sheet pan, drizzle with 1 to 2 tbsp of avocado oil and season with salt and pepper. Use your hands to massage the broccoli and ensure it is evenly coated with salt and pepper.
Add sheet pan to preheated oven and roast for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the temperature reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
