Crispy Baked Chicken Wings (Whole30/Paleo/Keto)

If you were to ask me what is one thing you and your family always eat, my answer would be these Crispy Bake Chicken Wings. My mom started making wings this way years ago and I fell in love with them because they are so flavorful and have the same awesome crunchiness as if they were fried.

Chicken wings are my husband’s favorite and he absolutely loves this version, hence why we eat these so much. I guarantee if you make these they will become a weekly thing in your house too! And not just once week, more like 2 to 3 times a week!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs of party wings
  • 1 tbsp of avocado oil or olive oil
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of pepper
  • 1 tsp of granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp of granulated onion
  • 1/2 tsp of paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Add party wings to a medium sized bowl and add olive oil. Combine, salt, pepper, granulated garlic, granulated onion and paprika in a small bowl and  sprinkle seasoning over the wings. Toss wings to ensure wings are evenly coated with seasoning.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment parchment paper and add the wings to baking sheet skin side up.
  • Add wings to preheated oven and bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until wings reach desired crunchiness. I always look at my wings and tap the skin to determine if they are ready; 45 to 50 minutes usually does the trick.

    1. Hi! It's about 18-20 party wings so it all depends on how many wings each person wants. My husband can literally eat an entire tray of these so in our house it usually serves two. Hope you give them a try!
  2. So tasty, and so easy! I split the batch and added a touch of cayenne to half for a little heat, loved it both ways. My husband, who “doesn’t like wings,” gobbled them up! Will definitely be making these again soon!!! :)

  4. These are, hands down, the easiest and most delicious wings. We make them often when we need something quick and easy to prepare and often buy extra wings in order to have leftovers.
