Cheeseburger Pizza on Cauliflower Crust

This is one of those super easy recipes that the whole family will love! I love making this pizza on cauliflower crust because I love how crisp the crust gets; it kind of reminds me of a cracker. Using cauliflower crust also makes me feel less guilty about eating pizza. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (I used 80/20)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp of granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp of granulated onion
  • 1 Caulipower Pizza Crust
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • 2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese or Mexican style cheese, shredded
  • 8 Hamburger Dill Chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Add ground beef to a medium skillet over medium heat. Add salt and pepper, granulated garlic, and granulated onion. Cook until beef has browned. Once browned, use a colander to drain the grease.
  • Next, drizzle desired amount of ketchup and mustard on top of the pizza crust. This will be the pizza’s sauce. Use the back of a spoon to smooth and combine and ensure the crust is evenly covered with sauce. If you do not like mustard, please feel free to omit.
  • Next, add ground beef to the crust. Make sure it is spread out evenly on the crust.
  • Top ground beef with cheese and drizzle a little more ketchup and mustard over the top of the cheese.
  • Place pizza in preheated oven directly on the middle rack in the center of the oven or on a baking sheet. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
  • When pizza is ready, slice in 8 pieces and top each slice with a hamburger dill chip (aka a pickle). Enjoy!
