Bolognese Sauce

This bolognese sauce is absolutely delicious!! It is meaty and full of robust flavors! Bolognese sauce should be simmered over low heat and the longer the better. I’ve found that cooking this sauce for 45 minutes to an hour delivers that deep, rich flavor. It is not the fastest dish to make, but I promise you it is absolutely worth it.

I like to eat this fabulous meat sauce over spaghetti squash or spiralized butternut squash . I promise you will not miss the noodles!
