Buffalo Chicken Salad

Buffalo Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups of cooked chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup of mayo I use homemade to make Whole30 compliant
  • 1/4 cup of buffalo sauce I use The New Primal to make Whole30 compliant
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 2 sticks/ribs if celery, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add chicken, mayo, and buffalo sauce to bowl and mix together until all the chicken is coated with mayo and sauce.
  • Add carrots and celery to the bowl and mix in gently.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste. 
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
