Buffalo Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- 3 cups of cooked chicken breast
- 1/2 cup of mayo I use homemade to make Whole30 compliant
- 1/4 cup of buffalo sauce I use The New Primal to make Whole30 compliant
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 2 sticks/ribs if celery, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add chicken, mayo, and buffalo sauce to bowl and mix together until all the chicken is coated with mayo and sauce.
- Add carrots and celery to the bowl and mix in gently.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
