Oven Fried Buffalo Wings

Oven Fried Buffalo Wings

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package of cut chicken wings aka party wings (about 1.25 pounds)
  • 1 tbsp of avocado oil or olive oil
  • 1 cup of The New Primal Buffalo Sauce (Mild, Medium or Hot)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place wings skin side down the baking sheet.
  • Drizzle avocado oil or olive oil over the chicken wings and then season with salt and pepper to taste.  Flip the wings and season again.
  • Bake for 45-55 minutes or until skin is very crispy. 
  • About 10 minutes before wings are done, add The New Primal Buffalo Sauce to sauce pan over medium heat and warm sauce for about 3-5 minutes.
  • When wings are done, immediately remove from baking sheet and place in a bowl and pour buffalo sauce over wings. Toss wings to ensure every wing is coated with sauce.
  • Serve with carrots, celery, and your favorite Whole30 compliant ranch dressing!
