Slow Cooker Shredded Chicken

One of the things I like to do at the beginning of every weeks is throw some chicken breast into a slow cooker, cook it until it’s nice and tender, shred it up, and put it in the refrigerator. This helps to make meal prep so easy!

There are plenty of things you can do with this chicken: make chicken salad, add it to frittatas or scrambles, use it for enchiladas and tacos, or eat it with a side of roasted vegetables and sweet potatoes. It is so versatile you can pretty much do anything with it.

I make sure the seasonings are mild so it can be transformed and used for basically any dish. I only use salt, pepper, granulated, garlic, and granulated onion. When storing it, I always make sure it store it with broth to ensure it stays moist.
