Crab Guacamole
Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados, halved, seeded, and peeled
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp of granulated garlic
- 2 cups (1 lb) of fresh jumbo lump crab meat
- 1 Roma tomato, diced
- 1/2 of medium white or red onion, diced
- 3 tbsp of cilantro, chopped
- Juice of one lime
Instructions
- In a large bowl add avocado and mash with a fork.
- Add salt and pepper and granulated garlic.
- Fold in crab, tomato, onions, and cilantro.
- Add lime juice and serve.
